Your primary duties will include collecting return items, using the Return Valets app to process returns, and delivering packages to designated drop-off locations such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

2. Processing Returns: Utilize the Return Valets app to accurately process return items, ensuring all necessary information is recorded and documented correctly.
3. Package Handling: Safely handle and transport return packages to prevent damage during transit.
4. Delivery: Deliver processed return packages to designated drop-off locations, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS within specified timeframes.
5. Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with team members regarding pickup schedules, processing updates, and delivery status.
