Growing real estate management and development company specializing in multifamily housing, seeks experienced Groundskeeper for Pearl Apartments in College Station.
The Groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep of the community's common areas and grounds.
Primary Responsibilities
Follow and maintain the exterior preventative maintenance programs established for the property.
Review daily work order priorities with the Service Supervisor at the beginning of each day.
Inspect the community on a daily basis and remove all trash and debris.
Landscape maintenance as directed by the Service Supervisor.
Assist the Service Supervisor in maintaining a clean and safe maintenance shop.
Assist Make Ready Specialist with preparation of vacant units.
Perform routine maintenance tasks (e.g., landscaping, checking lighting, window repairs).
Observe the condition of the community. Report unsafe conditions to the Service Supervisor.
Assist with shop inventory.
Other duties as assigned.
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must possess Certified Pool Operator license
Minimum 1 - 2 years' verifiable multifamily experience at a property 400 units or more.
Experience with exterior and interior renovations a plus.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
