WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Ensuring & maintain exceptional customer service experience culture in all branch areas.
Managing and planning for sales meetings, goals setting.
Cost-effective purchasing and allocation of item and material used in the business.
Planning, setting goals and maintaining inventory reporting accuracy.
Overseeing service department team, maintains strong relationships with customers.
Become an expert on our products & services while managing business development efforts.
Branch budgeting evaluation and reporting.
Responsible for profit and loss activities reporting of the branch.
Hiring staff, training, and onboarding process.
Other activities assigned by upper management.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
Meet the Minimum Qualifications – You have at least 2 years of prior Branch Manager experience within the
construction, packaging, or Industrial industry.
High School Diploma or GED.
Industry Related Experience – You have knowledge of our industry and are mechanically inclined.
Solve Problems – You are passionate about selling products to help customers’ overcome problems and provide
them with a solution
Deliver Results - You always get to meet or excel in your goals.
Organizational Skills - You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail!
Leadership – You are outgoing and positive personality while enjoying building relationships, Self-starter who
presents a professional image and attitude
Communicate Exceptionally – You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual
English/Spanish is preferred!

Computer Skills: – You have general computer skills and are able to train for a new software.
Relate to our Customers - You develop close relationships with your customers and treat them like family
