A Front Desk Associate’s Workday:
Enroll students in lessons, collect payments and manage administrative responsibilities.
Complete curriculum training to become knowledgeable on the product and provide exceptional experiences for children and families.
Use creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges with customers.
Attend paid training and development opportunities.
Work a set schedule with a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
Want more out of your workday? Extra hours are available and preference is given to customer service staff who are cross-trained as a swim instructor!
Replace the gym with work! Standing for periods of time, moving around our facility, and lifting merchandise are all expected parts of the job.
Must be 17 years of age or older.
