Communicate and Engage sales teams on health of revenue and customer pipelines.

Collaborate with sales leadership and account managers to align Salesforce CRM with the overall business strategy.

Help define and implement strategic goals, processes, and KPIs within Salesforce.

Act as a trusted advisor to the Dealer Sales teams, offering coaching and guidance on leveraging Salesforce CRM for strategic decision-making.

Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to enhance CRM adoption and effectiveness.

Continuously evaluate Salesforce CRM processes, workflows, and configurations for efficiency and strategic alignment.

Provides feedback on customizations and integrations to support strategic initiatives.

Meet with Sales Leadership teams regarding the use/creation of reporting/analytics provided by the Salesforce platform.

Lead initiatives to innovate sales processes and automation within Salesforce CRM.

Encourage best practices and inspire a culture of continuous improvement.

Act as a liaison between Residential sales teams and Salesforce Product Owners to translate strategic business needs into Salesforce CRM enhancements.

Communicate changes, updates, and the rationale behind them to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality and its strategic potential.

Excellent communication and coaching skills to work effectively with sales leadership and account managers.

Strong analytical skills to derive strategic insights from data.

Problem-solving abilities and a passion for driving innovation.

Previous experience in a strategic CRM role or as a business coach is highly desirable.

Base Compensation Range is $80,000 - $115,000. Disclaimer: This base salary range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
