Qualified candidate should send their resume (Word format) to Kristen Silguero at [email protected] Service Delivery ManagerJob Summary:Job Location: Houston, TX or Remote6 month contract to hireThe primary objectives of the SDM role are to deliver outstanding stakeholder Satisfaction through quality IT Managed Services delivery and to build and develop a loyal, satisfied, and appropriately skilled engineering team. The SDM is responsible for the overall productivity and quality of work for their assigned team(s) and works to ensure that each of their team members have the skills and tools needed to be successful and addresses/expedites escalations when necessary. The SDM works closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure consistent quality service delivery and to identify and facilitate remediation of service quality issues as they arise.This position will be located in either Houston, TX or Remote.Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary service representative and IT point of contact for IT projects
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the teams culture, environment (people, process, technology), goals, and security initiatives and communicate all to the engagement team
  • Identify and recommend operational improvements
  • Interface with client PMO personnel during onboarding and pilot phases to provide all necessary reporting and documentation to achieve BAU status
  • Responsible for on time delivery of all in scope deliverables
  • Responsible for overall adherence and attainment of all defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Final quality review and approval for all deliverables
  • Manage any in scope solution projects (integration/ implementations)
  • Maintain/ update/ modify all filters, dashboards, and boards used for reporting in workflow management system
  • Prepare and deliver content for weekly/biweekly operational reports and operational status meetings
  • Prepare, produce, and deliver reporting
  • Prepare, produce, and deliver any additional Executive reporting required
  • Capture, communicate, and escalate issues bi-directionally
  • Manage communications with vendors, 3rd party service providers, and internal stake holders.
  • Primary interface between Infrastructure and Plant OPS
  • Responsible for maintaining financial forecast and communication of all financial changes, risks, or issues
  • Analyze complex issues to determine impact and to suggest alternative solutions based on client needs and objectives
  • Work with IT leaders to prioritize resource workloads and to de-conflict resource constraints
  • Demonstrate ability to manage and motivate multiple project teams in multiple geo-locations
  • Participate in development and delivery of RFPs
  • Assisting with additional projects as needed
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting and managing multi-location business in a safety-centric, regulated industry

  • Experience servicing internal clients remotely
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within changing priorities
  • Some travel will be required
