DescriptionDESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY To provide administrative and project support to Stealth leadership teamRESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES Maintain standard 5S expectations Manage complex calendars and schedulingManage and book cost effective air, hotel, and ground transportation and create detailed travel itineraries as directedFollow up on allocated tasks assigned within project teams to increase efficiency of recurring meetingsDevelop and utilize supporting documentation/tools for project management Support interdepartmental communication relative to sales/project objectivesOrganize, execute, and assist with internal and external Sales and Employee activities and/Customer facing eventsTrack and help drive completion of key deliverable items and follow up on outstanding items as neededAssist with additional administrative tasks as neededEnsure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management Focus on Lean continuous improvement and consistently demonstrate good business judgmentWork effectively with all Stealth departments to exceed internal and external expectationsStealth retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessaryREQUIRED SKILLS Must be a team player, professional, detail-oriented, and honestMust have the ability to: Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environmentCommunicate with all levels of team members in the organizationCoordinate multiple complex calendarsWork independently with minimal guidance, and apply good time management, organizational, and decision-making skillsRead, interpret, and follow instructions, policies, procedures, and process guidelinesMust have: Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel Basic mathematical skillsExcellent verbal, written and presentation communication skillsGood cross functional collaboration skillsStrong organization and prioritization skillsREQUIRED EXPERIENCE 2 years of administrative support experience in a professional office environmentPREFERRED EXPERIENCE Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products (directly, indirectly or through a third party)REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the futureDETAILS This job description is not intended to be all-inclusiveStealth Products, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
