As an HSE Management Systems Leader here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and implementing the HSE Management System and Responsible Care 14001 Management System in the ESS business. You will drive the implementation of management systems in the ESS sites to ensure consistency in application and alignment to the Honeywell Management System. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in promoting a culture of continuous improvement in overall HSE performance. You will report to our Sr. Manager, Safety Center of Excellence and you can work out of any ESS location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the HSE compliance of our business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensuring implementation of the HSE MS Ensuring implementation of Responsible Care 14001 Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline requirements of the management system. Creating a governance process to support HSE and Process Safety Performance. Monitoring and reporting on HSE performance metrics The annual base salary range for this position is $98,400 to $122,800. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
