Globe Life AIL - Paz Organization is an independently owned and operated insurance agency that sells AIL insurance policies. We have been in business since 1951 with over 11,000 representatives across 250 agencies in Canada, US, and New Zealand.
Our company is rapidly expanding and we are currently hiring for two full time positions: Life & Living Benefits Advisor and Agency Sales Director.
The Advisor role (annual earnings: $45,000-$75,000+) is primarily a client facing role. You will help clients assess their insurance needs, provide information about insurance policies, and help clients select policies that meet their individual needs. You will also be responsible for following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with their policies.
The Sales Director role (annual earnings: $100,000-$150,000+) incorporates the basic responsibilities of the Advisor role however you will primarily focus on hiring, training, and maintaining a sales team. As a Director you are the coach and talent developer. You would be responsible for successful talent acquisition efforts combined with ongoing development of advisors and leaders and ensuring performance targets are met and maintained.
