Position: Front Desk Office Person
Location: Sea Vista Condominiums, South Padre Island, TX 78597
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Greet residents and visitors warmly and professionally.
Answer phone calls and handle inquiries in a courteous manner.
Manage and process correspondence, packages, and service requests.
Maintain accurate records and update resident information as needed.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and maintenance requests.
Handle administrative tasks and provide support to the management team.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
