Our truck repair shop in Harlingen, Texas, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Dispatcher/Service Advisor to join our team.
The primary responsibilities for this role include:
Answering customer and field technician calls.
Assisting customers and technicians with various issues throughout the repair process.
Updating service software with pictures, repair stories, invoices, and other relevant information.
Directing phone calls and information to the appropriate personnel within the company.
Assisting in building and delivering estimates to customers.
Collaborating with vendors for product and parts sourcing.
Performing some inventory management tasks.
Collecting payments from customers at the time of service.
Handling various other office duties and requests from area managers and field technicians.
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, located at our Harlingen shop.
