11-$12 an hour starting, advancement possible
Valid driver's license, class C, and reliable transportation
Paychecks, every 2 weeks.
-Housekeeping including but not limited to deep cleaning, cleaning hard floors and carpets, restroom, toilets, mopping, dusting, polishing fixtures, window cleaning, drinking fountains.
-Utilizes buffers, scrubbers, sweepers, vacuums.
-Maintains equipment including mops, brooms, desk pans, vacuum cleaners, refilling cleaning chemicals /sprayers
-Restocking of paper towels, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soap, other supplies
-Empty trash cans, dispose of trash bags into commercial trash dumpster
-Ability to perform janitorial cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, using a 25 pound vacuum daily for 4 hours, wet mopping, sweeping, dusting.
-Cleaning and disinfecting drinking fountains, restrooms including floors, fixtures, toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, counters
-May be required to do laundry and prep housekeeping carts
Working conditions:, prolonged periods of standing and walking, utilizing three step stepstool, ability to lift bend kneel pull push and moving objects up to 55 pounds. Physical work is a primary part of the job.
Alcohol and drug testing policy
Drug free workplace policy includes post accident testing, random testing, reasonable suspicion testing.
