- Strong Discovery Experience
- Experience with more innovative projects – talk to users, reach out to people and research.
- Excellent communication skills - Oral and written
- Identifying opportunities
- Affinity diagramming
- Rapid iterative testing – also known as RITE Method
- Comfortable with ambiguity; testing out ideas for clients
- Good at taking initiative
- Tools: User Testing or Teams for research
- Sketch ideas after performing research
- Figma is a nice to have
- Portfolio of work is preferred
