Rehab of older 3 bdrm 2ba house

Been procrastinating for two monthes.my initial permit expires april 15th. I need to start fast. Im a contractor ,experienced in rehab and construction. too busy working 60 hours weekly and more. I have no help in port arthur and too much work in Houston. I need licensed tradesmen for Foundation pier and beam some settling and garage slab. I need master electrician for temp power pole and plumbiing and hvac permits. I can only pull structural permits. house has to be brought back to modern standards.Looking for bid or employees to do all or parts of job by trade
