Apartment community looking to hire for on-site staff (property management and maintenance).
Requirements:
1. Be a good communicator.
2. Be good getting around the computer (property management).
3. Be physically fit.
4. Be a go getter, self-starter and problem solver.
5. Be bilingual - English/Spanish is a plus but not necessary.
6. Be honest and dependable and excellent attendance.
7. Live within 30+/- minutes from the office. See below for address of the office.
8. Experience with leasing, property management, collections, maintenance is a plus.
9. Have own vehicle and reliable transportation.
10. Have your own tools for work orders and make ready's and has a truck for picking things up and hauling things off (maintenance).
11. Be willing to help out in maintenance and make apartments move in ready with cleaning and etc. (property management).
This position will work from the apartment community in Groves, Texas 77619
Full time job Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM
