Dispatch Professional Role
As a Dispatch Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless movement of freight, managing schedules, coordinating border crossings, and maintaining effective communication between drivers, clients, and our operations team. This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role that requires exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and manage data related to shipments, including dispatch details, delivery timelines, and driver activity logs. Track and trace loads from pickup to delivery to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction. Handle cross-border documentation and clearance procedures accurately and efficiently. Address and resolve unexpected issues such as delays, rerouting, or equipment breakdowns. Maintain regular communication with drivers to provide updates, support, and clear instructions. Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to deliver high-quality logistics solutions.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year experience in dispatch or logistics. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in multitasking, time management, and working under pressure. Prior experience with dispatching software or load management platforms is considered an asset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-energy setting. Accounting Representative Role
As an Accounting Representative, you’ll manage financial records and ensure accuracy in day-to-day transactions that keep the business financially sound. This position demands attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and experience with accounting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Handle unexpected challenges and maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries and driver activities.
- Minimum 1 year experience required
Accounting Representative:-
- Managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Producing a variety of reports including invoices and HST
- Keeping record of all financial transactions and organizing it
- Using bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets and software
- Experience with Microsoft office, book-keeping and QuickBooks is a must
- Minimum 1 year experience required
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Experience using QuickBooks is required.
Strong analytical, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy.
