We clean for large home builders. Model homes, Inventory homes and construction cleans. This is a part time subcontractor opportunity for someone looking to make extra money. Cleans are paid per job. Average is $20 an hour. That’s roughly how long each clean takes except the construction cleans which are paid by the size of the house and clean stage. Friday nights and during the week.
