Candidates can make their own hours and work remotely. The basic role of the Field Supervisor is to oversee trainee hours in the field and provide feedback on three formal video-recorded observations in the fieldMinimum Qualifications To be a Field Supervisor, candidates must have:

A minimum of 3 years’ successful experience as an Educational Diagnostician in a PK-12 campus

Valid Texas Certification as an Educational Diagnostician (other states may be accepted as needed)

Valid Field Supervisor Coaching Training (can be obtained from any TEA Region Center and online)

Experience in working with online adult learners and online video software.

Compensation for the role is $3200 to perform formal observations of 45 minutes, and provide feedback and documentation to the candidate and program.
