At this time, we are expanding our product management team including hiring experienced FULL REMOTE UX/UI Product Designers to work on our proprietary core software platform. This platform has won many industry awards and gives us a tremendous competitive advantage in the market. In this role, you will have ownership of developing the UX/UI for new features, pages, and various other improvements to make the platform even better. Job Details

We are seeking well rounded UX/UI Product Designer who is adept not only in digital product design strategy and implementation but also who has the product and project management experience required for this position. This includes stakeholder management with leaders and end-users from across all of our departments. We are seeking high-autonomy self-starters who take ownership of their projects and aren't afraid to think creatively and present ideas and solutions to capitalize on opportunities for improvement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Research opportunities for product improvement including gathering user stories and pain points
Challenge the status quo by presenting opportunities for improvement
Enhance our existing design systems, create new UI patterns in collaboration with front end developers
Execute component designs including page layout, iconography, enforcing visual language consistency
Manage multiple projects simultaneously

YOU MAY BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE

Bachelors Degree or higher in a related field
5+ years of digital design experience
Professional experience designing UX and UI for digital business platforms and applications
Working proficiency with tools including but not limited to: XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Balsamiq, etc
End user empathy in the context of web based applications in both desktop and mobile
Project and product management experience
STRONG PLUS: working knowledge with CSS and HTML
