Our business is looking for a talented individual who will work with our other team members in a full-time position addressing the following. Must have great secretarial skills and knowledge.
1. Will type limited correspondence.
2.Will prepare emails for distribution to our customer base.
3. Will design and implement a monthly color magazine of approx. 12 pages with 90 percent of the articles coming to you. Your responsibility will be to layout the info and to develop the format to be sent to printer for printing and mailing and then download to the company's website.
4. Should have graphic art skills and have creative writing skills in order to produce outstanding emails and the monthly magazine.
The making and designing of lobby posters also part of the requirements.
Individual must be well organized and be able to assist other managers in typing and developing artistic literature and other forms of creative design pass outs to customers.
Individual we are looking for must have a minimum of three years in design, graphic arts, office skills, and be tech savvy in order to produce graphic emails, letters, and the monthly magazine to be mailed out by printer.
Basic knowledge of spread sheets, and various internet platforms is a MUST.
This position is not for a beginner SORRY need someone with experience in office, be well organized and have an eye for details.
This is a full-time position M-F hours to be discussed, with great benefits of health ins, life ins. retirement, paid sick, holiday performance bonus, etc etc etc and the company will provide free complimentary meals and non-acholic beverages thru out the day.
This is a small office environment, that will afford you the opportunity to be VERY CREATIVE
Position will be open starting first of the year with interviews beginning immediately.
