What You'll Do: As a Shuttle Bus Driver with us, your role will involve:
Safety Drives All Decisions: Embrace our safety-centric culture.
Route Reliability: Operate on predefined routes, serving passengers on daily schedules.
On-Time Performance: Maintain on-time performance by following schedules.
Vehicle Inspections: Perform routine inspections and report maintenance to keep our shuttles reliable.
Work Schedule:
The work assignments for First-Class Transportation involve safely transporting our client's employees to and from the park-and-ride location and the client's facility via a 56-passenger motorcoach or Intra Campus shuttles on transit busses, mini busses and sprinters. The current work schedule includes weekday and weekend work and is a split shift with an early morning start time of or before 4:00 AM for the AM shift and an early afternoon start time for the PM shift. The work schedule and vehicle type are contingent upon the client's transportation schedules and are subject to change with little notice.

Professional Motorcoach Operators must
Have a glass-is-half-full mentality, with a passion for serving others
Be at least 25 years of age, and speak/read/write in English
Possess a Current Commercial Driver's License, Class "B" or A, with "P" Endorsement, with 2 years of commercial driving experience and 6 months of "bus" experience (transit, school bus, motorcoach) in the past 5 years
Be registered with the FMCSA drug and alcohol clearinghouse
Have no more than 2 tickets/minor violations or preventable crashes in the past 3 years, or no more than 3 tickets/crashes in the past 5 years
Pass a pre-employment drug screen
Successfully pass a background check
Be able to operate a Motorcoach in interstate commerce, in a safe and responsible manner in compliance with federal, state, and local jurisdiction, and as required by company policy
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
