We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Skilled Laborer to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, fixtures, installation, remodeling, maintenance, and specialty trades such as glazing and welding. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dependability are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform offsite and onsite duties related to the successful completion of construction projects
- Work in various settings including residential (occupied and unoccupied), commercial, and new construction sites
- Contribute to team efforts by completing tasks related to construction, such as:
- Maintenance and repairs
- Demolition work
- Laying concrete
- Installing floors and windows
- Building and assembling various structures
Job Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age
Must have own tools
Reliable transportation is required
Must be dependable and reliable
Ability to travel to out-of-town projects as needed
Flexible to work different shifts based on project demands
Physically capable of standing, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 40 pounds
Good eye-hand coordination
Comfortable climbing tall ladders and working at elevated heights
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management
Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
