Job Description:
As a Remodeling Project Manager specializing in bathroom and kitchen remodels, you will oversee all aspects of projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing all resources, including personnel, materials, and subcontractors, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve meticulous planning, efficient scheduling, and effective communication with clients, suppliers, and team members
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Scheduling:
o Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
o Create detailed schedules and milestones, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
2. Resource Management:
o Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
o Procure materials and equipment necessary for each project phase.
3. Quality Assurance:
o Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
o Conduct inspections and address any issues or deficiencies promptly.
4. Client Communication:
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
o Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential remodeling, with a focus on bathrooms and kitchens.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.

Effective problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Bilingual – Preferred
Must have own vehicle to travel to job sites.
