ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Construction Crew Leader, you’ll manage a crew of 3–5 field team members and work directly with our Director of Operations to coordinate high-quality rainwater system installations. You’ll be on site every day, leading from the front: organizing the crew, pulling trailers, plumbing tanks and pipes, and keeping the job on track.
We promote from within whenever possible, and this role is a great fit for someone looking to grow.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead field installs on residential and small commercial jobs
Coordinate daily tasks and manage crew performance on-site
Drive company trucks and trailers to job sites (paid drive time from HQ)
Perform and oversee PVC plumbing (1"–12")
Comfortable communicating with customers, builders, and internal teams
Keep the worksite clean, organized, and efficient
Manage daily materials lists and mobilization needs
Ensure safe work practices and a positive team culture
Report back from the field with job details and photos
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of construction crew leadership experience
- Priority given to those with pipe work, dirt work, drainage experience
- Comfortable with outdoor work, year-round
- Valid driver’s license & favorable driving record
- Confident driving a truck with a trailer
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated
- Machine operation experience (mini-ex, skid steer) strongly preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus, not required
