Berli's Body & Fine Auto Finishes is currently hiring for an experienced auto parts receiving to join our team. We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and organized individual that takes pride in doing his or her job. We specialize in high end vehicles. We are in need of an individual that is organized and has the ability to assist our team in the parts department.
The position requirements are as follows:
- Work with delivery drivers and verify parts are received that are on the invoice.
- Sort and tag each part with a RO#.
- Check in parts and inspect for damage.
- Check in parts and mirror match to determine the part is correct for the technician to install.
- Manage and overlook parts returns and credits.
- Organize parts into correct parts bins based on RO#
- Take parts requiring paint to the paint department.
- Update computer for location of parts bins.
- Pull parts daily for vehicles on the trim out list.
- Take parts to body technicians in a timely manner.
- Organize and oversee parts receiving area and inventory.
Individual requirements:
- Must be dependable and show up to work on time
- Must be organized and have the drive to do the job right so others can do their job.
- Must work well with others
- Must be a positive person that is willing to help and support others
- Must have a driver’s license
- Must be able to work with a computer to update notes and input information
