We are a very small business and pay higher than all other landscape businesses in town.
Most companies start at $12 for crew and $18 for foremen. We start crew at $18 and it can go up quickly. I enjoy giving raises and bonuses based on performance.
We pay more because Everything must be done correctly and with care, the first time.
This is because we guarantee our landscapes and we are not in the business of replacing our landscapes.
We are willing to train guys who are eager to learn.
If you are a self-starting team player who wants to enjoy the fruits of their labor on a daily basis, this job will satisfy you.
Requirements:
You must have a solid work ethic.
You either have it or you don't.
You know who you are.
Please do not waste your time nor ours if you have a lazy bone in your body. You will not fit in. This job will not work for you.
You must have your own reliable transportation. Everyone is responsible for getting themselves to and from worksites.
We work central and west, mostly.
You must be presentable and articulate. When our clients ask questions you will need to answer them.
You need to be able to lift 100 lbs or be smart enough to figure out how to, without hurting yourself.
You must have a good attitude. Nobody wants to hear you bs all day. Leave it at the door.
I pay for 8 hours of your undivided attention. If you have a phone addiction you will be asked to leave your phone in your truck.

We provide 40 hour work weeks all year.
$18 to start. Crew can be raised up to $23 over time. Team-leads go up to $23. It is all based on your performance. You are welcome to come make what you are worth.
Again, we start crew guys at a foreman because we require excellent work.
