Description:
We’re hiring Commercial HVAC Technicians at both Mid-Level and Senior-Level to join our team in the Pflugerville or Round Rock area. Whether you have a few years of solid commercial service experience or you’re a seasoned pro ready to lead, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems (rooftop units, split systems, chillers, etc.)
Perform preventative maintenance and ensure equipment runs efficiently
Document service work and communicate with clients
Senior techs: mentor junior technicians and take lead on complex jobs
What We’re Looking For:
Mid-Level: 5-7 years of commercial HVAC service experience
Senior-Level: 7+ years of commercial HVAC service experience + leadership ability
Strong knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, and controls
EPA certification preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Pay & Benefits:
Pay: $25–$40+/hr DOE (with overtime opportunities)
