We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as hourly subcontract help for remodeling and construction projects. As a subcontractor, you will play a crucial role in assisting our team with various tasks to deliver high-quality projects to our clients. - Assist in various aspects of remodeling and construction projects, including demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, flooring installation, and more.
- Follow project plans and instructions provided by our team leads.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Previous experience in construction, remodeling, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and techniques.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
The hourly rate for this subcontract position is $17 - $25 per hour, depending on experience and skills. Compensation will be discussed further during the interview process.
