Compensation: Hourly Wage + Monthly Billable Hour Bonus
Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves working with tools and tackling mechanical challenges? Join our team as a Mechanic/Service Technician, where you’ll put your skills to work repairing and maintaining a wide range of commercial equipment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in small engine repair, small equipment repair, HVAC systems, commercial equipment service and repair.

What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and repair mechanical systems and components for commercial and industrial cleaning, restoration, and surface-prep equipment, including 2, 3 & 4 Cylinder Gas Engines, Truck Mounted Carpet Cleaning Units, Portable Carpet Extractors, Hard Surface Floor Cleaning Machines, Duct Cleaning Equipment, Deodorizing Equipment, Dehumidifiers, Air Scrubbers, Air Movers, HEPA Vacuums, Industrial Surface Preparation Equipment (Grinders, Scarifiers, Metal Shot and other Media Blasting Equipment, Ride-on Scrapers, Power Trowels, and more).
Use manufacturer manuals, testing tools, and troubleshooting guides to efficiently perform repairs.
Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams regarding repair needs and service updates.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
Create and manage service orders, estimates, and customer appointments.
Coordinate with vendors for parts and collaborate with fellow technicians to ensure smooth shop operations.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in small engine repair, vehicle maintenance, or commercial equipment service.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of machinery.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic mechanic’s tool set.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Solid communication skills and basic computer literacy.
Safety-first mindset with attention to detail.
