Duties:
Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner
Assists in general maintenance and upkeep of common areas, pools, etc.
Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor
Ensure vacant units are prepared accordingly for resident move-ins
Perform on-call duties (per rotation schedule)
HVAC certification is needed
