We have an open position in our NORTH AUSTIN Facility -
We seek to hire an EXPERIENCED Facility maintenance person. This means you have experience working on buildings and facilities - doing all kinds of building repairs and ongoing maintenance to include but not limited to:
Minor HVAC repairs ( testing and troublshooting ) EPA is ideal here minimum requirement is exp in RTUs
Minor Electrical and Plumbing exp ( in a commercial building so this means things like changing out ballasts, repairing clogs or leaks, must have knowledge of changing out wall urinals or commercial toilets )
preventative Maintenance work on a building - carpentry - doors - auto locks -painting etc
This is a FULL TIME role with FULL BENEFITS - bonus program - 401K match up to 5% yrly - GREAT environment ( fun - upbeat - positive ) - Co vehicle provided during day for running to get parts and materials or to drive to another campus building if needed.
