Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Crew Leader to join our CAM360 team. The Crew Leader will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a landscape maintenance team on commercial properties and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and with quality results.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead landscape assistant on-site

- Coordinate and schedule daily tasks for the crew

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

- Oversee project scheduling and progress

- Conduct quality control inspections

- Utilize landscape management software for project completion

- Assist in landscape project estimating and budgeting

- Collaborate with project manager to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in supervising landscaping crews

- Strong understanding of landscape estimating and quality control processes

- Competent in all aspects of landscape maintenance including but not limited to operating zero turn mower, weedeater, blower, hedge trimmers, chainsaw, pole saw.

- Truck and Trailer operation.

- Maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of equipment. Including but not limited to mowers, weedeaters, blowers, truck, trailers, and all related equipment.

- Irrigation troubleshooting and repair.

MUST be able to work independently and have a valid DRIVER'SLICENSE
