Established HVAC company in Texas has immediate openings for EXPERIENCED service technician in the AUSTIN area. Qualified applicants should possess the following:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Tech
EPA Certified
Clean driving record
Clean criminal record (no felonies)
TDLR Card - Eligible to be registered with the state
Must provide your own tools (Company offers a tool purchase plan if necessary)
Experience working with home warranty companies preferred, but not required
Willingness to work Saturday during the busy season (Summer)
Emergency on-call rotation once a month
Expect a minimum of 6 completed service calls per day
7% commission on equipment sales
50% commission for cleanings sold and done yourself
Equipment change outs and retro-fits done by install crews, not technician.
GUARANTEED 30 HOURS A WEEK YEAR ROUND
We offer a very competitive hourly wage starting at $27.00 per hour and company vehicle with fuel card.
