Job Description:
Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC Equipment.
Install and start up new equipment, ranging from 5-ton up to 25-ton package units to smaller HVAC units/equipment.
Share a rotating on-call schedule of weekends and nights to handle emergency service calls. Overtime pay applies.
Maintain good working order of company vehicle, including refueling, washing, and reporting any mechanical issues.
Company vehicles can be used for commuting to work.
Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
Create customer invoices and provide reports on equipment to the service manager via the use of company-provided iPad, including documentation of make, model, serial number, and photos.
Communicate proactively with customers and obtain customer signatures at the completion of the job.
Participate in company-provided training opportunities on the latest industry technologies.
Must be organized and maintain a tidy, neat appearance.
Certification Required:
Universal EPA Certification.
Texas Registered Technician.
Work Experience and Qualifications Required:
HVAC Service - Commercial experience. At least 5 years proven work experience.
Must have a current Texas driver’s license and be able to work in the United States.
