Key Responsibilities:
Install HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, Mini Splits systems, furnaces, ductwork, and thermostats in residential and commercial settings.
Follow blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturer instructions to ensure proper installation.
Test installed systems for proper functioning and compliance with safety and building codes.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise.
Maintain detailed records of installations and report any issues to supervisors.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Ensure job site cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications:
HVAC certification and relevant licenses.
Proven experience as an HVAC installer.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.
Subcontractor insurance is a plus
