Listing: Home Services Technician ($22 - $25 per hour, W-2 Employee)

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Home Services Technician (General Labor) to join our team as a W-2 employee. This position offers part-time (& maybe full-time) employment with opportunities for bonuses based on performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in the home maintenance services industry.

Position Details

Employment Status: W-2 Employee

Initial Schedule: up to 2 days per week (trial period)

Future Schedule: Opportunity to increase to additional days after 1-2 months based on performance and mutual fit

Pay Rate: $20 - $25 per hour (depending on experience)

Performance Incentives: Bonus potential based on performance metrics

Benefits: None

Primary Responsibilities

General home maintenance and cleaning services (drive to client’s home)

Appliance cleaning, sanitization, filter replacement (basic system maintenance)

Dryer vent/lint cleaning services (may require rooftop work)

Rooftop work including inspection, cleaning, and minor repairs (following all safety protocols)

Moving and positioning heavy home equipment (washers, dryers, appliances)

Basic handyman repairs and maintenance tasks

Customer service and communication, documentation of services performed, maintain clean/professional appearance

Experience & Skills

Minimum 2 years’ experience in general labor, cleaning, or home services

General handyman and repair skills

Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve, and use software/equipment (provided)

Ability to lean – we will teach you everything you need

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and move appliances/equipment weighing 50+ pounds

Comfortable/capability to work on rooftops and working at heights and climbing ladders safely

Transportation & Licensing

Must provide own reliable vehicle (truck/large interior) for transportation to job sites, and space to carry equipment (equipment provided)

Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record, proof of current auto insurance

Clean background check required

Professional Requirements

Must be available for scheduled work assignments, follow instructions and safety protocols

Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with customers

iPhone or Android smartphone required, capability for work coordination/software
