We offer very VERY competitive pay, including hourly plus bonus and commissions, ( its not unheard of for a tech to earn 30-35K or more per year in Bonus) - Also, we make sure our techs stay busy ( even during fall and winter months), if your not getting 35-40 hrs week in the dead of winter with us, its not because we dont have work, we offer weekly trainings (thats right on-going education on state of the art tech, updates, practices and procedures to help ensure our teams are always on top of their game. What we seek:
Min 2 yrs exp ( Ideal 5 yrs) in HVAC
We do about 85% Residential and 15% small commercial - so ideally loads of RESI exp and ideal some RTU 20 Ton and under
We love having techs who thrive in learning and growing their knowledge in HVAC
Must have good work history and references.
