Services include: Interior/Exterior Window Cleaning, Waterproofing, Caulking, Pressure Washing, Sign Installation/Repair and general building maintenance solutions.

POSITION DETAILS
Full-time commercial low-, mid-, and high-rise window cleaner, building and exterior maintenance technician. Must have DL, willing to participate in ongoing training and ability to badge government buildings.
Training/Certifications: Recommended but not required to be hired (will be required once hired and paid on the job):
OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30
Industry certifications: Boom lift, Scissor Lift, Swing Stage Scaffolding, ladder safety, fall protection a plus
Starts at $20-$30/hr, increasing with experience & training. Paid training and certifications.
