Position Overview:
As an Installer at Freedom Rainwater, you will play a vital role in the installation of rainwater collection systems in residential and commercial properties. We are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to our mission of water conservation. While no previous experience is required, a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions are essential.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation of rainwater collection systems, including tanks, gutter systems, filtration units, and pumps.
Follow established installation procedures and guidelines to ensure the highest quality work.
Collaborate with the installation team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized work area on job sites.
Communicate professionally with team members and clients to address any questions or concerns.
Qualifications:
Reliable transportation to travel between job sites within the Liberty Hill service area and its surroundings (Leander, Burnet, Lampasas, Florence, Bertram, Jonestown).
Ability to work full-time hours outdoors, including in hot and sunny conditions.
Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy materials, assembly, minimal digging, and climbing ladders.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt to new skills.
Strong communication skills and a team player mentality.
Previous experience in installation or construction is a plus but not required.
