Experienced upholsterer needed

I have an upholstery shop in Graham Texas. There's not another upholstery shop within 60 miles. This is lake country and there will be a lot of work. I have two boats right now that are ready multiple inserts on truck seats. I have a three bedroom house with the upholstery shop is in there's somebody could live in at no charge. I'm willing to split the business 50/50 and you pay some of the rent or 60/40 and I pay for all materials. Or you can get paid by the piece. I'm very flexible I need to get somebody over here as soon as possible
