We do a lot of work "in-house" you will get to have direct contact with workers in the trades. This includes supervision, when ready. It will often include pick-up-items of details to be done. See the third photo, a restoration of a home to accept the installation of a stone coated metal shake roof.
You must be or become inquisitive. You must be or become a continuous student of this buisness of Residential Restoration and Remodel.
Be a protege/assistant and get paid to learn. In the time it takes to get a master's degree in college, you could be earning your own way, making a good living, and learning to become a "Design-Builder" yourself.
The work you will be asked to do is unlimited, from the most basic construction related efforts to the most highly imaginable design involvment and supervision of work, it's the full range of things to do withing the residential design/build business, as it should be.
You must show experience in construction, have tools, equipment and a good truck to work with.
