Job description
DEMOLITION TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities:
Perform a wide variety of deconstruction tasks efficiently including, but not limited to sheetrock, electrical components, cabinets, plumbing, locks, carpentry, and many other common items found in buildings and housing
Must be knowledgeable in the use and operations of small power tools
Compliance with all safety rules, standards and regulations
Ability to lift 50lbs+ frequently
Display positive attitude and pride in representing the company
Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, climb and pull on a frequent basis
Adhere to assigned work schedule
Support supervisors and assigned contract sites
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
1-3 months previous deconstruction, demolition or construction experience
Approved construction training program may substitute for experience
Ability to lift 50lbs+
Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
