Construction Project Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Construction Project Assistant it will be your responsibility to meet with our customers and obtain a scope of work. Be highly organised with large projects. Be able to mulit-task and highly proficient with the use of a computer and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tracking project performance and analyzing successful completion.
Meeting budgetary objectives and making adjustments
Turning project team’s goals into concrete success
Adhering to a budget for the project
SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS:
-Ability to multi-task and keep cool under pressure
-Ability to effectively, clearly and concisely communicate in a professional manner with all contacts both in writing and orally using English.
-Ability to work independently as well as establish and maintain harmonious relations with others both inside and outside the organization
-Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize many different projects
-Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, management
-Professional demeanor, ability to remain calm dealing with stressful situations
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School graduate or equivalent course work experience in the area of the Construction environment is a plus; or any combination of experience and education that provides the necessary skills, knowledge and ability to perform assigned tasks.

8:00 AM TO 4:00 PM
