What You'll Do:
Walk through potential project sites and learn what needs to be done.
Help figure out how much money and time different projects will need.
Share your ideas about the best ways to do the projects and what materials to use.
Make sure our customers are happy by doing a great job and answering their questions.
Write up project scope in a proposal.
What You Need:
Deep experience with estimating software programs including PlanSwift, PlanHub, Procore or similar
Comfortable using a computer and email
Have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Have 3+ years in residential estimating.
Be really good at paying attention to details and keeping things organized.
High school diploma or GED is acceptable. College is great, too!
Talk and write well to share your ideas with the team.
Be happy, positive, and ready to be a good team player.
Can handle changes and solve problems, even when things get a bit tough.
How You'll Get Paid: You'll get paid based on your role and experience. If you do a great job and help us win projects, you might earn extra money too!
