Vences Contracting Group, a rapidly growing commercial HVAC contractor in Austin, TX, is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Sales Professional to expand our service and maintenance division. We are looking for someone with strong industry knowledge and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and client meetings
Set up and manage commercial HVAC maintenance and service contracts
Identify customer needs and present tailored HVAC service solutions
Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
Work closely with project managers and service technicians to deliver top-quality service
Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
Requirements:
3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience (service contracts strongly preferred)
Proven track record of building client accounts and closing sales
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and service operations
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
