We are seeking Building -famility Maintanance techs -
This means your a carpenter, door slinger ( lock fixer) plumber handman ( helping clogs go away) door adjust, wrench turner and more! Our buildings are newer ( less than 15 yrs old. and some less than 7 yrs), we seeking someonew who is dedicated - motivated and really ready to have a solid long term home with us.
Pay commensureate with experience but $24-29 Hr - again depending on exp
