✓ GENEROUS PAY STRUCTURE THAT REWARDS PRODUCTION
- Base rate of $40/hour for up to 40 flagged hours
- Increases to $50/hour for ALL HOURS if weekly production is over 40 hours
- Jumps to $60/hour for ALL HOURS if weekly production is over 50 hours
- First tier locks in at $50/hour when in-house training certification is achieved and maintained!
- PLUS 20% labor bonus on ALL jobs
- Potential earnings: $100,000 - $175,000+ annually

✓ $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS – If you have 5+ years of experience in a professional automotive repair business, a great attitude and the desire to succeed, we’ll give you $500 when you drop your toolbox and an extra $375 per month for your first year.

- Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No required weekends
- 2 weeks PTO to start (gain an additional day each year)
- 6-8 paid holidays annually
- Optional weekend hours available if you want to earn more
