Local residential remodeling company seeking to add to our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in demo, light framing, trim work, installing doors and windows, and finishing details. Experience with plans and technical drawings is a plus. We are a professional company with a culture that pursues excellence and growth. Pay is negotiable in the 20 to 27 dollar an hour range based on your experience.
You will be expected to work from plans and drawings, keep to schedule, communicate well, and be a team player. We value professionalism, constant improvement, respect, integrity, and fun.
This is a full time, (Monday through Friday) W2 job offering for one person. We are not looking to hire a team or partner with a business. We are looking for the right person to become a part of our team.
A resume is not required, but helpful. A clear and concise email that introduces yourself and explains your experience in the industry, employment history, and salary expectations is the bare minimum requirement to be considered for this position.
We mostly work in West Austin, Lakeway, Spicewood, and sometimes South Austin. You will not be expected to drive your vehicle to pick up materials, but you will be expected to get yourself and your tools to work. We will provide big tools, blades, bits, etc. but if you don't own basic hand and cordless tools, you likely are not the candidate we are looking for.
