Job Overview:
We are seeking an extreme ownership Production Fellow. As a Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art film equipment and help us create content that promotes the classical virtues.
This is a paid position that offers valuable learning and growth opportunities for ambitious individuals who strive to make sure their work is of the highest quality. We are not looking for candidates who clock in from 9 to 5, but who are eager to ensure that the task is completed.
Responsibilities:
-Arrange equipment setup and breakdown
-Manage camera and equipment operation during filming
-Maintain detailed documentation of equipment settings and oversee maintenance and repair
-Keep studio and control room organized
-Ensure the pickup and return of rental equipment
Requirements:

- Basic grasp of camera, lighting, and audio equipment
