Are you a licensed stylist or barber with haircutting skills who is looking to make a change? Join our team with confidence we offer guaranteed hourly pay. This is not a booth rental.
$25/hour guaranteed + $1000 hiring bonus
We are currently offering a $1000 bonus for full-time (32 hours per week or more). Guaranteed $25/hr is for both full and part-time stylists/barbers.
Our salons are busy. Must be proficient in clipper cuts and confident in your mens haircuts.
Our team is paid weekly. And everyone keeps 100% of their tips.

Austin Haircut Co. is now hiring part-time and full-time haircut specialists or barbers at our south Austin location at 5400 Brodie Lane in southwest Austin (Our other 2 locations may have an opening, so please inquire if interested)

All stylists/barbers are paid the higher of base pay or commission every week
Schedule Stability - our stylists/barbers keep the same weekly schedule
We provide all back bar and supplies - just bring your tools and a good attitude
No hard-selling of products or product quotas
In-house classes; Holiday bonuses
WE EXPECT
A smile and a positive attitude
3 or more years of professional hair-cutting experience
Friendly customer service, honesty, cooperation and teamwork
Must be proficient in clipper haircuts - 65% of our customers are men
Availability to work on weekends (weekends are our busiest time)
